   Welcome to DAQIL, a telehealth platform providing therapy services to users around the world. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services. By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. Acceptance of Terms
   By registering for an account, using our services, or otherwise accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or policies we provide.
3. Eligibility

5. Use of Services

• Therapy Services: Our platform provides access to licensed therapists who offer therapy services. These services are provided directly by the therapists, and we act as a facilitator for connecting you with these professionals.
• Session Recording: Therapy sessions may be audio recorded for quality control, training, and to enable certain AI-powered features such as automated journaling. By using our services, you consent to the recording of your therapy sessions. You can choose to opt-out of AI-driven features in your account settings.
• Health Disclaimer: Our platform is not intended to provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Therapy provided through our platform is intended as a form of mental health support and should not replace medical advice from a licensed healthcare provider.

6. Consent to Recording
   By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the recording of your therapy sessions. These recordings are confidential and will only be used to improve our services and provide additional features, such as AI-driven journaling. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. You can review and manage your consent in your account settings.
7. Payment and Fees

• Payment Processing: Payments for therapy sessions are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment service provider.
• Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel or reschedule sessions according to our cancellation policy, available on our website. Refunds may be granted at our discretion.

8. Therapist Conduct
   We work with licensed and qualified therapists to provide the services. However, we do not supervise, direct, or control the professional judgment of therapists. If you have concerns about the services provided, please contact us at hello@daqil.com.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

Zakina Medtech Global provides a platform to connect users with licensed therapists. However, we do not supervise, direct, or control the professional judgment, actions, or advice provided by the therapists. Whether the therapist is an independent contractor or an employee of Zakina Medtech Global, the therapists are responsible for the services they provide, including any advice, treatment, or diagnosis.

By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Any therapy sessions conducted via our platform are solely between you and the therapist.
• Zakina Medtech Global does not assume responsibility for any actions, advice, or services provided by therapists, including but not limited to the quality or outcome of therapy.
• We do not guarantee any particular result from therapy sessions, and we do not make any representations or warranties regarding the qualifications or expertise of the therapists beyond verifying their credentials.

Limitations of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zakina Medtech Global is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your interactions with therapists, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury, emotional distress, or harm caused during or after therapy sessions.
• Misdiagnosis, improper treatment, or failure to meet your expectations in the therapy provided.
• Any dispute or conflict between you and the therapist, whether the therapist is an independent contractor or an employee.

Reporting and Resolution:
If you experience an issue with a therapist, you may report the issue to us at hello@daqil.com. While we will investigate and take appropriate action, Zakina Medtech Global is not responsible for resolving disputes between you and the therapist.

10. User Responsibilities
    You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• Respect the confidentiality of your therapy sessions and any communications with therapists.
• Not engage in any illegal, abusive, or inappropriate behavior on the platform.

11. Security and Account Protection
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.
12. Intellectual Property
    All content, logos, and material provided on the platform are the intellectual property of Zakina Medtech Global or the therapists providing services. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zakina Medtech Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, profits, or emotional distress.
14. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal actions or disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
15. Changes to Terms
